National Volunteer Week & National Library Week

In April we celebrate both National Volunteer Week and National Library Week.  This library could not function without the time, effort, money and materials our library patrons have provided!  We thank every one of you!

During the calendar year of 2014, Brewer Public Library is providing free literacy kits to parents of all babies born at the Richand Hospital.  This program is designed to promote childhood literacy, parent-child bonding and infant cognitive development.  The library would like to thank the Joan Woodman Orton McCollum Foundation for their generous support for this program.  Many thanks to the Trustees of the Library, the Friends of the Library and the Richland Hospital.
